About Who is behind MarioSMS.
MarioSMS rents real phone numbers for one-time SMS verification. This page is the plain record of who operates it, how it works, and the rules it runs under.
The company
MarioSMS is operated by Mario Digital Services Limited, registered in Hong Kong, company number 3267810, at Unit 1208, 12/F, Tern Centre Tower One, 237 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The same entity appears in the Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, and on every invoice. Support is handled at support@mariosms.com.
What the service does
A customer picks a service (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and hundreds more) and a country, receives a real mobile number for one verification window, and reads the incoming SMS code in the app or through the API. The number then returns to the pool. Three rules define the product: charges reverse automatically when no code arrives, numbers come only from real carrier mobile ranges, and there is no subscription or minimum balance.
Where the numbers come from
Numbers are sourced from telecom suppliers and allocated per activation. A number serves one customer at a time and is not reused for the same service, which is why platforms that reject VoIP ranges accept them. Live stock and prices per service and country are shown before anyone pays, both in the app and on the service pages of this site.
The rules we operate under
- Identity checks where the law requires them. Some service-and-country combinations need a one-time check, run by Veriff; we store the result, not the documents.
- Sanctions compliance. The service is not offered in jurisdictions under comprehensive OFAC, EU, or UK sanctions.
- An acceptable use policy with consequences. Impersonation, fraud, harassment and evading lawful bans end an account. Read the full policy.
- Data minimisation. No advertising trackers, no data sales, and activation records kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires. Details in the Privacy Notice.

Money
Top-ups are by Visa, Mastercard, or crypto including USDT. Unsuccessful activations refund to the balance automatically, and unspent balance is returnable under the Refund Policy, which also explains how card disputes are handled.
